The A 122 is designed as an universal 12″ 2-way system and can be used as a fullrange cabinet or with passive subwoofers (e.g. A 151 from the ACUS line). A DYNACORD speaker LFT 2008 12″ works in the low/mid frequency range between 65 Hz and 5 kHz. The high frequency range over 5 kHz is radiated by a ferro-electric tweeter with polycarbonate diaphragm – type Dynacord HFT 1008. The A 122 is equipped with a passive crossover. The A 122 cabinet is made of high-density 16 mm chip-board. All corner joints and braces are grooved and glued. The cabinet surface is finished in extremely resistant needled black-mottled felt. A powder-coated steel grid protects the speaker front. The recessed connector panel of the A 122 features 2 Speakon connectors Input/Output (1+: Cabinet +/1-: Cabinet -) for safe connection and easy chaining to the next loudspeaker. The handle on the side guarantees easy and safe transport. 4 large-sized rubber feet and a speaker stand barrel at the bottom allow various setups.
